Acquisition from Thermo Fisher™ Phenom™ Desktop SEMs

PCI/CFR for Phenom™ instruments permits acquisition of both SEM and NavCam images.

PCI/CFR "pulls" images from Phenom™ instruments. To start, adjust the instrument settings in the instrument software to give a pleasing image. Then, in the PCI/CFR software, activate the Acquire Phenom Image command to complete the acquisition and transfer of the image. Alternatively, you can press the SEM button on the toolbar to activate acquisition.
