The Acquire TWAIN Image Command

The Acquire TWAIN Image Command is used to acquire an image from a TWAIN device like a scanner or digital still camera. It has the same effect as pushing the Acquire TWAIN button on the tool panel.

Before you attempt to acquire a TWAIN image, you should select the active TWAIN device using the Acquire Select TWAIN Source Command. After you initiate the Acquire TWAIN function, your device's TWAIN driver will load. Consult its manual for operating instructions.
