Locking Drawing Settings

So that annotation of all of your images is consistent, you may wish to prevent the instrument operators from changing the PCI/CFR drawing settings such as fonts, line widths and colors. To do so, first run PCI/CFR and set the drawing settings to those you wish to use and then, after leaving PCI/CFR, add the following line to the [Misc] section of the PCI.INI file:
