Disabling Calibration Functions

To prevent accidental or unauthorized changes to your calibration settings, you may wish to make the Acquire Calibrate (see The Acquire Calibrate Command) and Acquire Setup (see The Acquire Set Up Command) Commands inaccessible to users. To do this, locate the [Misc] section of the PCI.INI file. Look for the DisableSetup line:

DisableSetup=0

Changing the "0" (zero) to a "1" (one) will disable the calibration functions. To permit access to these functions, change the "1" back to "0". If there is no DisableSetup line, add it to the [Misc] section.
