Changing the Default Image File Format

In standard PCI/CFR installations, images are stored in the TIFF format. You may wish to change this format to suit your requirements better. To make this change, edit the PCI.INI file located in the C:\Quartz Data\Data directory. Locate the [Files] section and look for the ImageFileType line:

ImageFileType=.TIF

Change the extension to match the extension of the desired file type. Any of the exportable file types may be chosen (see The File Export Command).
