The File Save As Command

The File Save As Command is used to save a file under a different name than that used when it was previously saved.The File Save As Command is also used when you want to change the description associated with the file. In this case, leave the file name as it initially appears in the dialog box and edit the description as required.

In the File Save Dialog, you can:

Type in a full file name in the input box.
Enter a short description of the file
View the contents of different drives and folders by selecting a drive or folder name from the Save in list.
Create folders and rename files
