Dialog Box Options

File Name

Specify the file name you want to use.

Save in

Select the drive and folder in which the image will be stored.

Save As Type

This drop-down lists the file types that are suitable for the data you are saving.

Description

The Description edit control allows you to enter a line of descriptive text which will be stored with the data. This text is displayed by the File Open Dialog when you use the File Open command. It can also be printed with the image if you wish (see The File Print Command).
