The File Save All Command

The File Save All command is used to save all of the open files to disk so that they may be retrieved at a later date. If a particular file has been saved before, the File Save All command will cause it to be overwritten using the same file name. If you wish to keep the old copy and use a different file name, use the File Save As Command.

The File Save All command is used to save all of the open files to disk so that they may be retrieved at a later date. If a particular file has been saved before, its version number will be incremented and a new copy will be saved.

If a file has not been saved before and it is not an image in a named series (see The File Series Name Command), you will be asked to specify a file name via the File Save Dialog (described, above, in the description of the File Save As Command).
