The File Export All Command
The File Export All Command is used to export batches of files in one of the export file formats described in the preceding section. The Export All command will export all open documents that are compatible with the selected file format to a specified folder.
The Export All Command brings up a dialog in which you are asked to specify the export file path (the folder in which to place the exported files), the file format, the compression/quality factor (which only applies to the JPEG compressed format) and whether you want to apply the overlay prior to exportation or export the notes text in addition to the documents and images themselves.
Exported files will be given the same name as the original documents with the extension changed to reflect the new file format.
If you choose to export the notes, by checking the Export Text checkbox, they will be written to a file with the same name and the "TXT" extension.
You can also access the Export All function through the thumbnail screen described with the File Open Command (see The File Open Command).
